@jfreedy Having a baby probably wasn't as painful or traumatic for a woman in her 20s' as was the actual act of making the baby with 78 year old codger.
Here is something to think about. Back when Tony Randall was in high school and if he went to the Senior Prom ... the picture of his date at the time might well have been his (20 something) wife's Grandmother.
Doing a bowl of Sutliff Cork County in a little noname apple... Put the flags out for Memorial Day. May the memories of your fallen friends and comrades bring a smile as you look upon lives well lived...
@KA9FFJ You bet Brother......so sad this year to not go to the annual city parade. I finished a nice little project about a week ago. I have flown Our Flag 24/7 for years, with uplighting from a shrub bed in front of our porch. I raised the flag holder higher and made and installed (2) new low voltage lights on brackets screwed to the porch posts providing 40 watts of light (20 watts from both sides). It really stands out now as the lighting is closer, at a better angle, and brighter. I am happy as hell to ALWAYS have my flag on display. Makes me very happy.and proud to be one like you and so many others that earned the right and the responsibility to fly our flag.
Enjoying an after TPL VC pipe of Sam Gawith St. James flake in my Stanwell Lovat. I've had some issues finding the right pipe for this blend, but after tonight, I think I've found it.
PS24 Nougat in my rusticated Bing’s Favorite. This is such a nice, mellow, non-goopy aro. It’s also what everyone smoked during the Lord of the Rings movies. At Friday’s Virtual Pipe Club, Brian Levine told us the story of how he was the one who took the order and shipped several pounds of PS24 to New Zealand for “some movie” they were filming down there. He later found out it was the LOTR movies. I think it was Max Stokkeby (also at pipe club) who shared that back in LA, after the filming, Sean Astin asked what that blend was so he could get some for himself.

Quinn was not married to the woman (his secretary) when he sired his child at 81, so not a wife either
Never too early or late for Christmas...
