@utilityworker101; How is that horseshit tobacco presented; Flake, cubed, ribbon cut, twisted or...? I'll bet the tin and room aroma is unique, not to mention the aftertaste.
Fired up my Peterson SPD 2002 B7 loaded with some Peterson SPD 2015 tobacco for the day’s celebration. This tobacco is a fruity cube cut, pretty tasty. I didn’t get a Peterson SPD 2022, I dislike rusticated pipes, so I trotted this one out.
I've had my morning GH Balkan Mixture in an MM Diplomat after morning chores, Peterson Flake in a Missouri Pride while driving between grocery stores, and now sitting back with Pease Westminster.
@jfreedy Sheepshead is a freshwater drum that is a cousin to both redfish (red drum) and black drum. In Louisiana they are commonly caught in brackish waters in the marsh and near bridges spanning brackish or low salinity water. I've caught redfish, speckled trout, sheepshead and channel catfish - as well as large mouth bass - in the same area. A lot of fishermen seem to consider sheepshead to be "trash fish" and will throw them back because they are considered hard to clean. Those fishermen are wrong. We usually fillet them with a heavy duty electric knife.
The meat is very similar to redfish and I've cooked it the same as red drum with one exception. I don't grill it on the "half shell" like i do redfish. When I grill redfish, I leave the scales on and grill it over hot charcoal until the meat flakes with a fork. I like to marinate the fillets in Italian dressing or will dry rub it with salt, pepper, garlic and other herbs.
The one my grandson caught last Thursday looks big and weighed just over 7 lbs. , but we have actually caught bigger. The Louisiana State Record and World record for Sheepshead caught on rod & reel is 21 lb. 4 oz.
He caught this one just before catching the catfish in the picture above.

Git some nice straight grain on that one👍🏻
Paddy is one of my favorite Irish whiskeys. Excellent choice.

That's some really nice looking briar...👍🏻
I waited to post this picture until I had checked my nose hair.
