hitting up some Davidoff English Mixture in the Rattrays Goblin. Not my favorite English, comes off a bit on the light side, but still a decent well rounded smoke.
@opipeman said "When you scatter them around it makes it harder to tell just how much of the Irish I drink."
Every spirit I drink - rum, scotch, cognac or whiskey - has a cork in it. I usually stay away from twist tops. (Although I do have a bottle of Weller Special Reserve which is a twist off cap.)
Woke up to a light snow cover, winter is holding on through the weekend. I've finished morning chores and am sitting back with GH Balkan Mixture in a Let Freedom Ring Rob Roy. I have just a dusting of Charring Cross left from an 8 oz. can so I'll vary the tobacco in the C&D produced slot of the tobacco bar before opening the next half pound.
Finished my morning pipe just in time to visit with the propane driver, boy am I glad I did a prebuy at 2.29/galllon! I broke out some Father Dempsey and loaded a Rob Roy.
76° in the STL area today! Taking advantage by having a morning pipe: Sutliff RLP-6 in a Zouave meer. Haven't decided on my afternoon pipe/blend yet... Correction: they've now updated the high here to 78°!
@KA9FFJ; When a man can contemplate his pipe smoke he is in a state of pure relaxation. I'm not sure if this is what they call a state Zen, but If I understand the term, I believe it to be true. God bless you, Brother.
Ok. One pipe cleaner, light bowl wipe out and a reload. This time with Lane Butter Rum... Man is it great to have the sun and warm temps back, even it it will be short lived. Back in the 40s next week...
It’s been 55-60 here for a few days, but…..snow and cold is on the way again in a couple more. It’s going to screw up the weekend so I won’t want to work in the garage/shop again🙁
74 here right now, just finished a bowl of Interlude in a Sav. Getting ready to break open another tin of Edisto before I have to go into work and teach Quantitative Analysis to students who's only thought in their head right now is spring break!

😁
Glad to see you back, Brother!
Good eye! You recognize it!
Looks like snow on your coat and hat...
You're a braver man than me... 🥶
Come on...be a man! Go in there buy some lace or something! 🤣
Nope. Shopping in fabric stores is her bailiwick. Just as shopping for tobacco is mine.
