Just received my order of Dulce de Leche and Chocolate Mousse from P&C. Packed my Meershaum and lighted up, it is a very delicate blend, sweet and light, kind of tobacco that nobody around will complain (well, always will have one to complain but... c'est la vie). I liked it and will reorder more, it is a nice blend for every day smoke (meant, to smoke at work). After dinner will try Chocolate Mousse and see.
Went up to the family farm to help my Dad cut up some trees and split wood for the upcoming cold snap. After we got done we had a nice sit on the porch and shared a smoke. His was Wilshire blend and mine was Barbados Plantation.
Orlik Golden Sliced in a Savinelli bent before a day in the car on my ride home. @PappyJoe - Yeah. Maybe some day I'll learn how much my state sucks. In the meantime, thanks for your continual reminders and cheers to you and the rest of the pipe smoking brotherhood from the sunny Pacific coast!
Big time cold moving in. By Wednesday wind chill predicted between -15° to -30° (that's BELOW zero!) Thought I should take advantage of 40° day and do some Dulce de Leche in a Savinelli Estella 9904...
Ok boys, just got an order from P&C which included Russ Bold Rum. From what I've tried so far it's a good blend, pretty much what I thought it would be, a bit stronger than Sunset Rum, however @motie2, not enough to knock Barbados Plantion into oblivion. I would still recommend members try it for themselves. Some of you will have a different opinion I'm sure. Would be very interested in what you have to say.
How about Stink on S--T. Different variation, sort of the same meaning. Refrained from spelling it out, not sure about the rules on language relating to TPL. I don't doubt you can read between the lines. I'll be interested in what you have to say about the Bold Rum.
