Pulled my well pump earlier today and started doing a general prepping for winter. Just had lunch and have time to relax with some Tinderbox After Dinner while starting to break in one of my "BIM" pipes before my scheduled flu shot. Later this evening I'll get back to Frankenblend along with my "Bloodline" pipe (tnx @RockyMountainBriar for the name) when the kids come around tonight...
I loaded the little Pete Junior Lovat with some of the CB “Platinum” this evening. It’s not as nasty as the first smoke I had with it, but it’s still not my “cup of tea”. The new pipe I smoked it in must have had a little break-in nastiness?
Kids are back from trick or treating. Car is at the garage awaiting a final diagnoses. Now I'm half in the bag after a shit day and lighting up some peretti 150th. In my little sears and roebuck paneled pot.
Loaded up me broken/repaired Sav. Straight Grain with some Captain Black Royal. Great stuff. I hadn't fired the old girl up for a long time and had forgotten what a great smoker she is.
Pulled my well pump the other day. Now draining all my hoses and letting the sun warm them up so I can get some good tight coils for storage. Doing some C&D Berries & Cream in an old workhorse pipe while getting the job done...
I hauled this Savinelli Silver 804KS out of one of my travel pouches for this evenings smoke. I have it loaded with Planta Anno MMXV (2015) “Brazilian Mixture”. I am proceeding to get loaded with a snoot full of Tullamore Dew “Do the Dew”🙂 P.S. I love this tobacco blend😋 Ok, I’m not really getting loaded, just a shot will be fine👌🏻
Hmm, Savinelli Italian pipe, Savinelli branded Zippo made in Pennsylvania, Savinelli pipe tool, and Savinelli pipe stand, Irish Whiskey, Brazilian blend tobacco, shot glass from Kentucky, pipe cleaner holder made in Italy for SPC in South Carolina, an “around the world” evening😬
Going for one of my new gift tobacco’s, the KBV “White Peach Tea” in a Foundation by Musico Nosewarmer Billiard. It’s a bit dry, but it’s smoking ok, not much peach or tea that I can discern, but it’s tasty nonetheless, a nice smoke. Thank You TPL Brother.
McCranie's Cavendish Court in my Sultan meer. Note: If the rest of their blends are as spot on as the two I picked up at the LV Pipe Show, you owe it to yourself to give McCranie's a try IMHO...
I got the chicken and squash in the oven, checked the birds and gave the bunnies some hay. While dinner cooks I'm smoking GLP Kensington in a Pride along with a cup of Columbian coffee.
Took one of me oldest pipes a "King's Court", I purchased when I was in college and loaded it with some Cornell & Diehl "Jolly old St. Nicholas". I've had a small amount of this blend for a few years. I'd say its OK. Nothing special, but OK.
Just opened a tin of Esoterica Tobacciana Dorchester that I purchased five years ago this month from Iwan Ries & Co. The tin note of Welch's grape jelly and prunes is awesome. Very smooth and understated but very few re-lights.

BTW. P&C has it on sale for eight bucks and change.
There is a reason it’s on sale, and it’s still too costly.
But….Smoke what you like and like what you smoke🙂👍🏻

Loaded up some RLP-6 in a Savinelli Estella 9310 and winding down...

You got it happening, Brother.

Absolutely gorgeous day. Smoking some Peter Stokkebye luxury English in my Friday Savinelli while sipping on some excellent Guinness extra stout
Great pipe. That @Corey562 guy is indeed a talent.
Still enjoying the remnants of Red Queen you gifted me with, a long time ago.
