After answering a post on best tobacco for hot weather I'm taking my own advice and having a bowl of Panama Jack's Key Lime. Smoking it in my Carey Magic Inch to make it an even cooler smoke.
Enjoying the GL Pease Key Largo this morning. Still need to smoke a few bowls to figure out if i want this in my rotation. I am getting some of that cigar leaf that's part of the blend. It also lights easily and requires only a few relights.
I've been smoking my bulk blends so much that I completely forgot about my tin of Molto Dolce, so we got reacquainted this afternoon. Smoked it in my Peterson Jekyll & Hyde. This was one of those days when it was almost to unbearably hot and humid to sit outside for any length of time. Been a long time since I stopped smoking at the halfway point in a bowl, but I didn't have much choice. It quit being enjoyable. The air quality must have been poor as well.
Today while sitting outside waiting for the eclipse I pulled out my traveling tobacco pouch which has become something of a catch all for left-over tobacco, so I'm not quite sure what I was smoking ... a Frankenstein blends of aromatics. Smoked it in my Peterson Dracula pipe assuming a total eclipse of the sun would make a daylight appearance safe for any vampire. Of course here in Gary, Indiana the eclipse was a total bust.
