@KA9FFJ@motie@mfresa I am such a fan of Sixten Ivarsson work this one will end up as a Ivarsson inspired pipe. Dont know yet if I will put it up for sale or keep it . I can already see the finished product and it is gonna be a beautiful pipe with a grain pattern that will be out standing. Pictures will not do it justice..
@Corey562 - O M G, that is one fantastic looking pice of briar. You are a most impressive craftsman..... (but we knew that). Congrats on another outstanding pipe.
@KA9FFJ thank you sir. I love the lines on this one reminds me of a Sixten Ivarsson freehand I saw a couple years back I have been waiting on the right piece of briar before I attempted to make it.
@Corey562 The one on the right looks as if it will need a shank extension. When done correctly, which you do, I love a shank extension on a pipe. The one on the right looks like an old type Danish style. It will be very interesting to follow these fellows and see how your creations develop...
