@RockyMountainBriar I am finishing up my senior year at Carroll College, plan on sticking around afterward! Got my residency this summer. I figured with a username like that you could’ve been from somewhere like Montana. Small world!
This is for newcomers and anyone else who has not encountered the site:
http://www.TobaccoReviews.com is the deepest and most comprehensive pipe tobacco review website available today. There are more than 90,000 reviews of more than 7,000 individual tobaccos on the website and more are being added every day!
I'm going to be more active on the boards in the coming weeks. Travel for work has been significantly cut down due to Covid-19 so I, like most of you I assume, am staying indoors. Fortunately I get to spend some more time with my girlfriend and her dog.
Good morning pipe smokers; my name is Angel, I live in Midlothian, TX, and I’m a new pipe smoker and TPL newcomer. As a new pipe smoker, I have a lot to learn, and I hope this forum can guide me in the right direction.
@amc747 Welcome aboard.....this is the best group of regular guys who just happen to smoke pipes. Thjere is a lot of great info and learning available here even for old timers like myself. Don't be shy, put your life preserver on and jump in.
Welcome, good sir! Enjoyed being with you at the virtual pipe club meeting last night. If you have any questions, just ask. Someone will help you. We look forward to your posts!
Thank you for all the welcomes. I'm glad to have found this group; I have seen several YouTube videos But it is hard to ask and understand their perspectives.
Hello everyone, Mike Rizzo here (Philly Piper on YouTube). I look forward to having some great discussions with all of you likeminded awesome people. Cheers!!
@PhillyPiper Welcome to the group. You are not too far from me (assuming your moniker describes your location), as i am just out of AC. PLUS, the name Rizzo, as you know, says Philly itelf. Welcome aboard.
You are correct pwkarch! I live in Delaware County right outside Philly. We frequent AC a few times a year (before covid). We also have a place in N Wildwood right down the parkway from you!

It's heartening to see a new member!
Questions? Need help? Ask anyone; we're a friendly bunch.
Welcome, sir! We look forward to your participation and contributions.
If you have any questions about the site, pipes, or tobacco, just ask anyone on TPL and they will help you find the answer.

Welcome to TPL. I was stationed in Gloucester City in the early 1980s.
