Continuing...or at least trying to continue... my Christmas pipe tradition of smoking my 2017 Savinelli Saint Nicholas 320! This time with a little Peter Stokkebye Luxury Bullseye Flake.
I don't get to smoke too often these days, but when I get a day off from work and the wife is away at work, I take full advantage. What I will note is that Luxury Bullseye Flake does NOT go well with coffee. I think the perique doesn't blend well with the coffee I had - Kona roast.
After my success in mixing Peterson Connoisseur’s Choice 50/50 with Chronowitsch T 13, I decided to enliven Peterson's Luxury Blend with the now discontinued Out of the Office / Civic Duty, the only cherry flavored tobacco that has suited my tastes.
Fantastic. And now I've mixed all of the PCC and T 13 together in one jar and all of the PLB and CD in another.
Another application of an Aristotelian principle: “The whole is greater than the sum of its parts.” In other words, when individual parts are connected together to form one entity, they are worth more than if the parts were in silos.
Sutliff Christmas Spice in a MM cob. I don't have a button nose or two eyes made out of coal, but I do have the corn cob pipe. 😏 Agree with @motie2 great looking cob @jfreedy...
Thanks @motie2 & @KA9FFJ, but I can’t take any credit for the cob. I got it as a door prise at the Texas Pipe Show a couple of years back. I agree that the lady who modified it does nice work.
Briarworks Moonshine Stoker Cobs! Think I'll break one in with a bit of P&C Tastykake. #pipelife #pipejunkie #CobLife #CobStrong #BriarworksUSA #MissouriMeerschaum #TPL
Leave it to @RockyMountainBriar to interject some observatory humor whenever possible. Thanks to you, I'll never look at @jfreedy cob pipe the same way again... 😬
Really great weather here today. Taking advantage by doing a second bowl. 50/50 Sutliff Great Outdoors and Lane BCA in a reworked & refurbed Archway...
Sutliff Virginia Slices in a “The Selfridge” Canadian. I’d love to know the history on this great little smoker. The only other markings are “London Made.”
Currently smoking Capstan Blue flake in my Savinelli bent Zulu. This is a great little flake pipe, with one of my favorite rustication finishes. Enjoying my last pipe until after Christmas, and it's a good one.

And again, thank you Secret Santa and associates.
Nice work on that modified cob.
Agree with @motie2 great looking cob @jfreedy...
It kinda looks like it is made from a chocolate rice crispy candy bar.

Tnx secret Santa...
