New guest entry for my pipe blog, and just in time for Christmas. Sergeant MacBadger gives his very professional suggestions for what pipe smokers should be asking for this holiday season.

While doing my usual browse on ebay for cool, unusual pipe stuff, I found this neat Union Soldier Bear figurine smoking a clay pipe. I have a few pipe smoking figurines on my pipe shelves, and figured he'd fit right at home with the others. As a fan of US history, I couldn't ask for a better find.
Here's a cool video I found on youtube of a British couple's antique pipe collection in the 1960's. There's some pretty impressive pipes on display here. I would've loved to have spent an afternoon looking through it.
Here's another video well worth watching. It's a short documentary about the pipe club of London. There's lots of history here, going into how the club was formed, as well as current and former members.
Picked up a pair of socks with pipe smoking dogs on them from amazon for about $7 with shipping. I couldn't pass up a design like this, and they seem to be good quality, too.
