How to do Irish coffee when you don't have the ingredients.
I went into Inwood to cash my check and the town was grid locked. I stopped in Apple Liquors to browse until the traffic cleared. I picked up a half bottle of Jameson Irish Whiskey. I have never had Irish Whiskey before and Jameson seemed like a good one to try.
I tried a shot and a little water first just to taste the whiskey and it tastes a bit like scotch without the sherry cask finish. The next drink was Irish coffee with what I had on hand. Instant coffee and coffee mate actually made a decent cup of Irish coffee. Sometimes you just have to make do. It went well with the Captain Black.
if there is a beer equivalent to English blends, it's heavy boots of lead imperial stout by single cut beersmiths. The heavy smokey flavor is a perfect compliment to some left over Perfection that I have been hanging on to to end a long night.
Decided to have a rare 1/2 glass of cranberry wine with a 50/50 blend of Creme Brulee and Molto Dolce... I must say, it's an enjoyable combo... IMHO...
Vacationing in Johnson City, TN at my son’s house. Been smoking my Gumbo Blend, Jolly Old St Nick, and Code: Relax. Also exploring the following adult beverages.
Starbucks in a bottle while clearing snow at a shopping center, the young guy I work for won't let the other guys smoke cigarettes or cigars but for some reason he has no problem with my pipes.

A half bottle? Who finished the first half?
Highly recommended.
The presents are brought and wrapped. I'm enjoying half a mug of the local spiced mountain wine and a pipe of Captain Black classic.
Merry Christmas to all at TPL and a Happy New Year.
Man I love coconut water...dang expensive though.
Drinking some home drip brewed Maxwell House coffee😖 (it was free), and some iced tea while smoking some more Sillem’s “Green”.
At the local Stop n Shop, La Fe brand coconut water is 99 cents a can. Not too expensive.....
Yes, That is reasonable. When I find it around here, it’s $3.00 🙁
