The Chimenea (chiminea?) is fantastic! Now I can smoke my pipe on the rear deck without getting chilled. Little fire = big heat. Next door neighbor, a former fire chief, came over to give me some safety tips, especially about not burning the deck down. I had put 4 twelve inch paving stones underneath, but he recommended twelve more to widen the fireproof area around the chimenea (chiminea?). That would be 16 paving stones in a four by for grid, 48 inches on a side.  At three bucks a piece it ain't gonna break me and even SWMBO agrees. Halleujah.
