I'm currently having a bowl of Cabbie's Mixture in my Lane Poker. Haven't had a pipe all weekend, so I'm thankful to get away and have some quiet puffing time.
As soon as the cat gets out of my lap, I will walk over to the table and pick up the Cayuga brandy sitting there and load it up with PS Proper English.
@thebadgerpiper it is good smoke. The tin note is not as sweet to as the Golden slices tins I have been lucky enough to acquire .All the orlik tobaccos I have are anywhere from 5 to 8 yrs old so the is a sweetness to the virginias but is almost like a brown suger that gives way to a slight spiciness. The acidity of the tobacco is light as the bowl progress. All in all I enjoy it and would have to say its worth putting a few tins in the cellar.
Think I will start off this morning with a nice bowl of Columbian mocha in my royal ascot.
Captain Black "Black Sea" in my Burl King Thumb-hole Pipe. Usually I only smoke Latakia blends in my old work pipe or Dr. Grabow ... but todays is a special 31 Days Of Halloween occasion.
