After a pan of Steel Cut Oats (yep, I said pan, I’m single, why dirty up more dishes?) and a Flat White with some light roasted beans, I loaded this Yorkshire Lovat (A refurb I got from @KA9FFJ) with some C&D “Espresso”. I decided to pull the original stinger and replace it with an aluminum innertube I had laying around. It’s smoking wonderfully, it use to gurgle a bit with the original stinger and had a bit too much of an open draw without the stinger. The Dunhill-esq innertube has an extra benefit, it keeps the shank and mortise clean and dry👍🏻
@Londy3 Weird looking tobacco balls, are they anything like those Japanese Tea Balls that “bloom” into flowers when hot water hits them? I guess they could be some sort of little biscuits, tea cakes, coffee cakes, wine cakes, hot crossed buns, dog treats? Vinnie is starting to look like a bulldog….maybe too many hot crossed buns
My innertube idea is working ok in the “Yorkie”. I’m getting some condensation and gurgle every once in awhile, but I can just unscrew the stem and blow it out. It’s much easier than trying to deal with the original stinger and a pipe cleaner.
I sliced off a couple of flakes of PPP “Peterson’s Perfect Plug” that I have had for about 5+ years to stuff in this little Pete 15 Billiard for this evenings smoke.
First bowl of the afternoon was Rattray's Caribbean Dream in my Savinelli Ginger's Favorite with a dram of Bayou Rum Single Barrel Select dark rum. The combination complimented each other nicely.
Second bowl was The Untouchables in my Castello Sea Rock paired with a glass of Teeling.
I have two pipes loaded for “Tank Night”, a Jean LaCroix Nizza Deluxe Poker, and a MM Mark Twain (I think). They are both loaded with one of the first tinned tobaccos I ever bought, W.O. Larsen’s 2013 L.E., a tasty aromatic that’s not “goopy”.

Hot out of the oven baby
I’d give fresh hot roasted chestnuts a like, but I have no idea🙁
That is a handsome pipe, brother. @Corey562 is a real craftsman.
You sure have some cool toys.
You're the shit

If your forgetting what your smoking, chances are it could be wacky tobaccy... 😏
Sometimes I forget that I am smoking!
Seattle Pipe club bourbon barrel aged and Woodford Reserve
Damn I gotta try that espresso
Brother...you got style! (and I like it!)
