Smoking some Daughters & Ryan "Ramback" in my MM "Marcus" cob. I have read reviews about this tobacco being a RYO tobak that tastes like a Camel cig? I have never smoked a cig, but this stuff is tasty in my pipe. This is touted as a 100% oriental leaf mixture. I think I have read that Camels have burly and Virginias also? The room note does not smell like cigarette to me. It has very fragrant smell and taste.
@motie2 - "That's on the way to my own frankenblend jar. " What's on the way to your frankenblend jar? -10 for clarity.
Due to the unbearable heat and humidity we've been having, yesterday morning I had an early bowl from my "gumbo" jar of leftovers. Then I took advantage of the heavy rain in the afternoon - which dropped the outside temperature from the mid-90s to the upper 70s - for two bowls in the afternoon. First was a bowl of Holger Danske Original Orange which I followed immediately with a bowl of McConnell's Ripe Honeydew.
The humidity may be 97% bet the temp is only 79f and there is a light breeze. Sitting out with my Rinaldo Apple loaded with Jolly Old St. Nick. Drinking black coffee.
I have 3 savinelli Christmas pipes all are great smokes . Just got in this Independence Day tin. When I run out of my Dunhill Early Morning this will be my go to Morning smoke

It has been awhile since my last purchase, so I decided to pick something up today. I’ve been outta sight for a bit because my mom had been battling cancer for 3 years. God finally called her home recently. A lot of my focus had gone into helping her, so i’ve just been allowing my cellar to age. I will definitely be trying to get back into the groove of things. Hope everyone has been well.
Glad to have you back @ocpunk714 . I know it hasn't been an easy few weeks for you, but I hope a good pipe can bring you some comfort during these times.
Had some Captain Black Royal mixed with Vanilla Custard. I don’t know guys but I don’t think I like Captain Black Royal anymore, can’t put my finger on it, maybe just got a bad batch.
I loaded up this little Italian number with Boswell's Best and I've been sitting out back listening to a compilation CD of classic Motown I picked up out of the bargain bin this evening.
A quiet evening calls for GLP's Quiet Nights in my Country Gentleman cob. This blend is quickly climbing up the list to become a favorite English blend.

My condolences to you and your family.
Glad to see you back.
Punk, I am so sorry to hear about your Mom. It is tough and hertbreaking when your Mom dies, I know. Just know she is still in your heart.
