Anyway, I know you all pinheads don't really care, but today is the INDY 500!!!!!! You know I'm a big Indycar fan! Sizing up to be a great race with record qualifying lap speeds of well over 230 mph!
It's my birthday too, although it does suck getting old! Remember, Gemini's rule at least half the time,

@opipeman Thanks! My throat is still sore though, so I'll likely hold off for a while longer until all this crap gets better. It's been going off and on for the better part of a year now since I had the Vid last June...exactly what covid has to do with my reflux flaring up, I don't know, but I do know that this reflux crap sucks...one day your throat feels great the next it doesn't...I'm over it! I did smoke a couple of cigars on vacation, though, but its hard smoking a pipe as without thinking, I'll inhale and aggravate my throat again.

Good point! LOL. But I rarely drink wine or champagne (although I do sometimes, just rarely) because two of my glasses equals an entire bottle which isn't good at my age! I pretty much always drink beer, mixing regular ABV beers with extra lights...that way I can drink more without taking in all the alcohol. That said, I hardly ever drink alcohol with dinner...just something I've done the last 20 years. So, my last beer gets chugged before dinner, then I have something like iced tea, milk or something with my dinner.
