I searched the forum and could not find this one, but if it's already been shared, enjoy it a second time... Brian Levine shared this one on the Pipes Magazine Podcast. It's a fun little ditty for pipe smokers...
I'm in a newgrass band in the Chicagoland area and three of our members, including myself, are pipe smokers. We seem to attract pipe smokers during the warmer months and it's nice to sit and chat with fans and fellow pipe smokers after a set. We'd love for you to check us out if you're nearby and have a listen and a smoke with us: https://www.facebook.com/rowdysouls
I can vouch for @RurouniKeroro that his band is great. I've seen them many times, and while I'm a bit biased (being friends with 4/5ths of the band), they're a blast live.
Hard to believe they could use actual clips from The Andy Griffith Show to make a music video. Especially one that like since The Andy Griffith Show was wholesome family entertainment. Seems like potential for copy write infringement, yet the music video was made. Go figure.
In either case Its a shame to see iconic representations of a bygone wholesome culture perverted by the modern day Sodom and Gomorrah culture that exists today.
And I qualify that by pointing out that I grew up in the 60s and 70s and fully embraced the culture of that period.
@Uhcoogsfan Nothing in the world better than prog/rock, a good pipe, and a cup of tea. Unless it's too hot outside, than replace the hot tea with a cool beverage. For the past few days it's been raining off and on, so when it does I'll open my garage doors and let the cooler air come in as it rains and take that break in the heat to smoke my pipe. And I've been letting the jams fly. Recently got the latest CD from the German band RPWL "Tales From Outer Space", as well as several CDs from IQ, Arena, and Camel. Living here in Gary, Indiana my neighbors have no idea what the Hell I'm listening to. Probably the only progressive rock fan for miles around.
@ghostsofpompeii, thanks for sharing that. I listened and liked, will be checking them out. My music tastes are all over the board. This morning easing into the day listening to jazz, smoking a bowl of apple and drinking a cup of coffee.

Another haunting video from Steven Wilson of Porcupine Tree. Both of these videos are from his album "The Raven That Refused To Sing".

I usually don't post an entire album, but thought this one might be enjoyable for both pipe smokers and fans of Sherlock Holmes.
Thought I'd post a creepy music video to usher in Halloween.
