The way things are going, there will be those that join the military to get a “free” gender change operation then get a mental discharge for not being “right in the head”. I’m sure this is a controversial comment, and my opinion, but there it is. I will say, for those that truly live with the disparity between their birth gender/mindset gender, I have all the sympathy in the world for them. For those that just want to be “special”….not so much. I can’t imagine how tough it would be to live with that type of confusion. I’m not sure confusion is the correct word though, as they know exactly how feel inside. I will also add, birth males should not be allowed to compete in birth female sports. There is a reason female sports exist. Now, can some females be competitive in male sports? I think yes, if they choose to do so, but they should not expect a different set of rules to do so, hence the creation of female only sports.
