Arrabbiata sauce, or sugo all'arrabbiata in Italian, is a spicy sauce for pasta made from sliced garlic, sauteed tomatoes, and dried red chili peppers cooked in olive oil. My version included sauteed onions and thin sliced Italian sausage.
Smoking some C&D “Blockade Runner” in a little Dunhill Bruyere 3110 this morning with a latte to pair. Good after breakfast smoke. It helped me chill out after wanting my eggs over-easy and breaking the yolks on five eggs before I gave up. I haven’t broke an egg yolk in ages, it just wasn’t my day. The eggs were still tasty, just not what I was in the mood for🙁
Repeating Waterloo #2, it has just enough Latakia to make it both interesting and repeatable.
@motie2 Sounds Southern Italian or Sicilian, my grandfather was from Fogia, anything hotter than black pepper or peppacini would end up on the wall! That being said tonight we're having the same basic sauce with zucchini instead of pasta.
@Londy3 I like the MASH shirt! Even though the show was on the left side of thinking, it was perhaps the most well acted, best scripted, and overall funniest show ever produced. I've been a MASH enthusiast for decades and still watch reruns of it I've seen tons of time already. They're especially funny when you're slightly shnockered!
@vtgrad2003 Agreed. Alan pulls a lot of Groucho in his comedy. Especially the continuous smart remarks under his breath just like Marx. I know he was a big fan of his. I love how Alan blended that comedy style in with the take on the original M*A*S*H movie as the series was intended.

Enjoying your post with F & T Waterloo #2 and wondering what happened to #1.

Looks good!
We had our Christmas in July brunch today!
Very festive weekend
I have a tin of Blackjack to try, what should I expect?
LL7 & Bourbon make a great pair. Pipe is an old medico.
