my first go at a new tin of McClelland Navy Cavendish. Smoked it in my little full bent Laughing Moon pipe that is perfect for flakes. I need a few more bowls before I commit and am looking forward to those bowls. Always a good sign.
My brother has some 2015 Christmas blend "Golden Days of Yore" from C&D and I tried some and was impressed. I thought it wouldn't be that good because of all of the spices and everything added but it surprised me. I think he let it sit out for a bit though.
Smoking some Stokkebye Luxury Navy Flake in a big ol' freehand dublin carved from a pipe making kit I got at Smoker's Haven paired with a Manhattan I'm sipping on. It's a double whammy of spiciness between the perique and the rye in the whisky.
nothing "right now", however, last night I smoked my first bowl of Magnum Opus. If you like a full flavored, multi-layered, multi-dimensional, wonderful smoking experience.....give this stuff a try. OH MY!!!
Once I get in the car for this mornings commute it will be McClelland #25.

Good morning pipe smokers. I am starting this day with Samovar, in a blasted and bent bulldog.
Since this is summertime, I am smoking a lot of 1-Q and BCA during the heat of the day.
