@Corey Sorry to hear that, it was coming along beautifully. How often do you come this close to completion only to have something like this happen as you approach the final stage?
Not to often but it does happen. Thats how I ended up with a few bamboo pipes. They do turn out nice it is just disappointing sometimes. Means making a new stem and all.

@Corey562 Nice job. The shank-side slope of the bowl almost gives it a canted look. That reminds me, is there a canted bowl pipe in your crystal ball for the near future?
