@RockyMountainBriar; It is 22 F right now and ice covered. It rained yesterday and hovered around freezing. I guess the roads were OK, but the drive, sidewalk, and decks were slick. I took the garbage out in the afternoon and my butt is sore. I didn't fall, but my Bride chewed my ass for 10 minutes because I went out after shoulder surgery less than a month ago. Women??
But here's what you can get for the same exact price in Isle of Palms, SC only one block off the beach (I actually know this house...my wife and I go to the beach there a lot). No state income tax, relative low property tax, and much better weather!!! Simply a much nicer place to be!
@Londy3 The good part of the story that isn't being told is that someone tipped off the police. From what I heard, the "informant" got pissed because the truck was stopping for kids looking to buy ice cream.

My
Twilight Years at 90. If you realize each day is a gift, you may be near
my age. As I enjoy my twilight years, I am often struck by the
inevitability that the party must end.
There
will come a clear, cold morning when there isn't any "more." No more
hugs, no more special moments to celebrate together, no more phone calls just
to chat. It seems to me that one of the important things to do before
that morning comes, is to let everyone of your family and friends know
that you care for them by finding simple ways to let them know your heartfelt
beliefs and the guiding principles of your life so they can always say,
"He was my friend, and I know where he stood.”
"So,
just in case I'm gone tomorrow, please know this: I voted against, Biden,
that incompetent, lying, flip-flopping, insincere, double-talking, radical
socialist, terrorist excusing, bleeding heart, narcissistic, scientific and
economic moron that spent eight years-in the White House with Obama trying to
destroy our wonderful country and turn it into Muslim loving, socialist crap
hole like Obama came from and I don't mean Hawaii! Participating in a gun
buy-back program because you think criminals have too many guns is like having
yourself castrated because you think your neighbors have too many kids.”
@riobrusa if I recall, bourbon can only be bourbon if it's actually from bourbon county. If it's whiskey made anywhere else....it's just whiskey. It's like champagne is only called champagne if it's from there. If not, it's sparkling wine.
@Londy3@Zouave I believe you guys are mostly correct but I think to be bourbon it has to be at least 51% corn and aged in new, charred American white oak barrels. It also has to be at least 80-Proof and made in the USA. It used to be that bourbon could only come from Bourbon County Kentucky but that was changed a while back. To be called Kentucky Bourbon, it has to be from Bourbon County but the rules were relaxed and no bourbon can be made in any state as long as it meets the other criteria.
The same with Sour Mash whiskey. It can be made in any state but only the sour mash made in Tennessee can be labeled as Tennessee Sour Mash.

At least it’s not -25F yet, that’s a plus🙂. Nope, not smoking on the patio or in the garage.
