Frankly Brothers, I've never bought a Lottery Ticket. My Bride buys one every week or so, bless her heart. I think the Lottery is for people that aren't very good at math.
I just checked my Powerball from 11/2, I got excited when the first number was a match….the rest….not so much. Just like normal🙁. I did manage to get a Montana Millionaire ticket this year though. Last year the limited number sold out in six days. This year they added 100,000 more and they all sold out in 26 Hours.
@RockyMountainBriar they asked me what my name and address was. That was the extent of the verification that was used to determine I wasn't a long dead democrat casting my third ballot.
Same here in NC, not voter ID...just name and address. That said, we did win a super majority in our state senate and missed it by only 1 seat in our house, and our state supreme court is now majority conservative (they're the ones that shot down the voter ID law the last time we put it forward), so hopefully we can correct that at some point soon.
