Opened a fresh tin of Dunhill London Mixture this morning and smoked some in my Peterson Rusticated Kinsale bulldog before leaving for work. Cooler temperature this morning with respect to yesterday so it just felt like a Dunhill morning here in Philly.
Recently I've been alternating between Molto Dolce and Barbados Plantation. Today I was smoking it in my Corey Pipe. Second day in a row I was able to walk in the park with my wife and do a little smoking. Like several others here I've been having some health issues but know I need to get out and get some exercise and fresh air otherwise I'm going to waste away. My energy level has been so low that I was afraid I had a heart blockage or something. But after a few days of walking I'm getting my wind back and think getting my ass off the couch and moving around was beneficial.
@ghostsofpompeii Yea, isn't it amazing that the more we do physically ( within reason), the more energy we have. I go to our local Y 3 days a week doing some cardio and resistance training. Helps keep everything moving. They say when you don't feel like going ( baring illness ), that's when you really need to go. All I can say, is keep up the good work, and all things in moderation...
