Well since my birthday is soon, I decided to take advantage of the P&C Stanwell sale since I do not have any of their pipes. Plus I have another 10% coupon for my tobacco order. Any suggestions on which tin or other tobaccos?

@Jayhawk422 ~ I think you'll like these Stanwell pipes. I bought a brushed brown back in January and it smokes great. Some are on the small side, but well worth it for the price. I'm tempted to pull the trigger on this sale too. Personally, I'd pick the St. Olaf tin or the War Horse.

I pulled the trigger on the Stanwell and a tin deal they are offering at P & C. I scored a Stanwell Billiard (Brushed brown 88) and a tin of Cult Blood Red Moon. Pardon the expression but I'm over the moon about BRM. Buy some if you haven't already tried it.

P&C Messed up my order. I have ordered with them many times without issues. I used my saved customer info and it auto fills my address. Their system did not but the street in on the carriers end. Just got a notification that my package would be sent back. Brought this to their attention to see if it can be fixed, said we don’t have the ability to we have to wait till it is back then reprocess the order. The package is at the post office 3 miles away from my house, of course I am now on the phone with the boat office trying to get ahold of someone to see if I can get it rerouted for delivery.

i just get frustrated when someone says sorry we can’t do that or do not have a plan in place. The rep on the phone said sorry call back Monday instead of offering a solution.

That's too bad. P&C usually has great customer service (not including last years new software changeover fiasco). I hope it gets resolved. Maybe the local post office will work to get it to you, or allow you to pick it up before it gets sent back. *wishful thinking*

I just got off the phone with the post office and they tried helping but their system was not accepting my address. The clerk was helpful in saying call up in the morning and speak to a delivery supervisor. Your package should still be there and hopefully you can pick it up then. There is still hope!

Well I just got a call from my local post office, the national rep went above and beyond and contacted them for me. They found the package and are delivering it to my first thing in the morning! I thought I would never see the day that the post office had that type of service.....maybe I should buy a lottery ticket tonight!

That's great news, @Jayhawk422! I'm glad USPS came through!

If if it makes you feel any better, my delivery from Carey didn't show up today as planned either. Hopefully tomorrow I can start breaking in a new pipe and trying a new blend.

By the way, you said it was close to your birthday. Happy birthday, my friend!
