Enjoyed a bowl of GLP Abingdon on my way to work this morning and a bowl of GLP Spark Plug on my way home. I've got the next 3 days off to formulate my game plan on attacking IPSD sales.
Tnx @Corey562 That pipe was in the bottom of a box of so-so pipes I bought at an estate sale. That pipe ALONE was worth more than what I paid for the entire box...
Filled 3 pipes for my errand run this afternoon ( it's going to take a while and in the winter my car is one of the only refuges I have)
First will be the C&D Star of the East in a Brebbia sun pipe, second is Jack Knife plug in a Stanwell pot and last is HH Old Dark Fired in a rusticated Peterson 303 system pipe.
Just back from the Missouri Botanical Gardens (annual orchid show) with my wife. Happy wife, happy life... Anyway, now doing some Lane 1-Q in a Smokers Haven rusticated bent...
Getting ready to fire up some Amora Amaretto, a blend from the Gatlin-Burlier acquired this past fall, in a Bjorne freehand... Sidenote: 56° here and sunny! A GREAT day weather wise for the St. Louis area in February...
Walked over to the pond with an ultralight and a prop-bladed 0 sized rooster tail for about 20 minutes = 3 small crappie and 1 bluegill... in FEBRUARY! Back now to my place to finish up my bowl... Sidenote: now 59°!
You know, sometimes you just can't figure things out. I acquired this standard CAO meerschaum, with case, that I cleaned inside and out, put $30 on it and thought it was a sure seller at the St. Louis pipe show. No flaws, with a little patina already starting. I didn't own a straight stemmed meerschaum... now I do. So I decided to take it out for a spin in preparation for March Meerschaum Madness (MMM) starting in a few days ( @PappyJoe will need to officially kick it off since he originated it). Loaded it with some Sutliff Sunset Rum. I have to admit, kinda glad it didn't sell...

I will take the blame for starting it here, but I confess to stealing the March Meer Madness from one of the other pipe forums.
