Yesterday afternoon I opened a jar of Rattray's Bagpiper's Dream and paired it with some Jameson's Caskmate Stout. 

It was my first time smoking Bagpiper's Dream and now I regret not trying it earlier. And matching it with a good Irish whiskey was a beautiful thing.
