Did some Tinderbox Honey Maple yesterday in a weird little meer that could be labeled as a "pocket meer". It had a broken button and a guy at the STL Pipie Show just gave it to me...
The New Orleans Pipe Club held it's March Meerschaum meeting last night. Ten of us showed up with a selection of our meerschaums pipes. Two others claimed they didn't own a meerschaum (not even a Missouri Meerschaum) but we let them stay at the meeting anyway. I saved my biggest Meerschaum, my "Lighthouse by Akdoula" for the meeting. I'm smoking a bowl of Key Largo in the photo. (I did think about opening my last tin of London Dock, but decided I had too many tins opened already.)
@PappyJoe What a great looking group. There are 2 STL area pipe clubs, but unfortunately not quite close enough for me to make their meetings.😒 Wish there was one over on this side of the river... I'm happy for you. By the way, I'm glad to see you brought your "clencher" to the meeting...😏

You're getting quite a tan on those meers brother...
Great looking pipes.
I know it's not Christmas season, but since it is a meer and it's MMM, I'm doing some C&D We Three Kings in my Santa pipe...
I’m working on them🙂
Yet another eloquently shaped pipe. A fine example of functioning art...
What is the material used on the shank extension?
It’s acrylic, a yellow/orange with a “pearlish” swirl.
