So, where do you usually smoke your pipes or cigars?

On a couple of other forums I've enjoyed reading about and seeing where other pipers enjoy their pipes and cigars.

I looked around here a bit and didn't find any such thread. 

If there is already such a thread, I apologize in advance for creating an also ran thread here.



As I've probably stated here before I probably smoke my pipes and cigars as follows...

Up in my mancave      50%

At work out in our Company lounge    25%

Out on the Golf Course    25%

As for the plants, I like em just fine but tend to forget to water em.  Hence, the blond has forbidden me from killing any of her plants.

So I smoke outdoors on the rear deck. 

When it's warm. 

When it's not raining or snowing. 

When she doesn't have me working on the honeydew list. <grin>

Awesome pictures.  I'm quite jealous.  I generally smoke in my family room when working from home (50%); my garage (30%) at a cigar shop (10%) or while golfing (10%).

Cold/Wet on the Enclosed Porch. Sunny/Warm on the Patio. In the car, especially on local roads that I can pull over and enjoy the view. Camping.

I smoke in my home, in the park, on the beach, and sometimes in the lounge at my local cigar & pipe shop (Holt's Cigars) or upstairs in the bar of the Ashton Cigar Bar (right above Holt's).

I do most of my pipe smoking on my apartment balcony. Sometimes, I'll go lunting around my neighborhood, or I'll go to a local Korean owned coffee shop where they still allow smoking on their patio.

@motie2 - The photo is just a cool icon I chose from the internet. I think it is a very young Basil Rathbone but am not positive.  I do not have any current photos yet so I chose that one as an icon.  Ironically, I do dress very similar to that photo and have for years, as well as my father who is 92, and my grandfather who has long past. Sorry to say that  I am not a Fractal Artist but was once an Architect.  Now, I work for a law firm investigating cases.

Some very nice images @bonanzadriver I wish we had a covered area at my work outdoors to enjoy a pipe. I enjoy my pipe outside in my backyard at the edge of the woods or in my garage when its inclement weather. When I can I will go to our local tobacconist and have a bowl in their small "lounge" and when winter comes my wife and I have come to the agreement (she gave me permission) to use our downstairs restroom which has a vent fan along with an air purifier for Balkan and Latakia blends. When I am out I do enjoy sitting on a bench in our local park and people watching, some local brewers with a tap room have an outdoor area that I will have a bowl.

Usually I smoke my pipes on the deck on a old rocking chair acquired at an antique store. Very old soul.

In my smoking lounge(Garage). Tried to sneak in the house a couple times but got nothing but grief from it!

I smoke in the car at lunch, and commuting.  

I find the pipe makes the drive more tolerable here in Atlanta.

Just got married a month ago.  Not going there with smoking inside the condo.

I actually graduated tonight to being able to smoke inside with the AC with the wife's blessing.  Of course, that's with a good room noted aromatic.

Usually, I'm on my porch or in my car at lunch or commuting.

@PappyJoe -- When does my hair start going grey/white? I'm 70 -- 71 in September -- and I have only a few stray greys.

The lady that cuts my hair calls my grey hair "stress highlights".  Started gettin em when I was 35.

Nah, I'm guessing it's my dad's genes. He went white almost "overnight" when he hit 70. I'm waiting for a "whoooooosh."

@motie2 - Don't be in such a hurry for grey hair.  I'm 56 and have a little grey at the temples but other than that, I still have dark brown hair.  Not looking for it to turn anytime soon.  My dad had a salt & pepper look when he was my age and my mom had jet black hair with very very few strands of grey when she passed at age 63. However, if you really want the grey look, just dust some powder on your hair and that will do the trick!
