I didn't need another pipe, but how could I pass on this L.L. Bean pipe for $18? Not one fill or pit on the pipe and it has some really nice grain to it. I'm going to break her in with some Butternut Burley which I hear is much like the LL Bean Special Blend they used to sell at the shops.

Just purchased a Cellini Lumberman on ebay for $15.00! seller was asking $19.95 OBO, so I offered the $15 and he took it. Also received a large no-name billiard that I won today, and have a Uhle's on the way.

I really enjoy it, the Dwarf has a 3/4" by 7/8" bowl that's just the right size for a short to medium length smoke. It has a longish hard rubber stem and an overall length of around 7". It's been a good smoker since the first time and doesn't get wet  at all. I like it every time I smoke it.

I have both the Dwarf and the Elf cobbits. They are both great smokers.

My next pipe purchase will be a Cutty shape with the spur. Don't know the brand because I'm going to start looking at antique shops first otherwise it is on my Christmas list.
