I'm sorry, but every time I hear or read anything about Physical Education I find myself remembering the BBC Sci-Fi comedy Red Dwarf, where the ship's AI, named Holly, has a I.Q. of 6,000, "the equivalent of 3000 P.E. teachers."
Basil Rathbone was a distinguished actor who delivered several brilliant performances throughout his career, and he is probably best remembered for his portrayal of legendary detective Sherlock Holmes. He was often type-casted into roles because he was so convincing and delivered realistic interpretations of his assigned characters but struggled to maintain a public identity that wasn't associated with his acting. However, his work continues to be held in high regard by critics and cinema aficionados, with many considering Rathbone's interpretation of Sherlock Holmes to be definitive.
@motie2; Vincent Price? After 6 months of lockdown and God knows how many bottles of "Quite Man Irish Whiskey" and how many bowls of "Captain Black" are you sure that isn't me??
Didn't Cookie Monster usually have a pipe when they did the "Monsterpiece Theater" spoof bits? And at the end of the bit, I seem to remember that he would basically eat the pipe.
My wife was watching that ol' "Hill Street Blues" last night on H&I broadcast. I recognized a lot of the characters, but it took me a while after I got there to figure out what show she was watching. The character in the tan coveralls with the name HUNTER on the name patch (James B. Sikking?) seemed to be smoking what looked to me to be a straight Dublin.
I just watched “Force 10 From Navarone” again and I still can’t quite make out what brand of pipe “Sergeant Miller” (Edward Fox) is smoking. I would guess a Dunhill since he is British, but I can’t quite tell, even in HD. I don’t know if Dunhill supplied, or was able and willing to supply their troops with pipes in WWII?

Clarence "Gatemouth" Brown. He could play it all, but was probably most associated with the blues.
Both my kids are in their early forties, so long time no Cookie Monster
I think he played Allister McCookie.?.?
Correction, Allister Cookie, a spoof on Masterpiece host Allister Cooke...
Maybe not, but while Batfleck is a confirmed Camel cigarette addict, he apparently vapes, too ...... or the guy that looks like him does.
