A black “The Pipe”/ “Venturi” pyrolytic graphite bowl re-stemmed?

I like the Kaywoodie Canadian/Liverpool? Row 2 #11 and the Kaywoodie? smooth Zulu Row 4 #12.
They all look nice @KA9FFJ, well done👍🏻  I hope you make a “killing” at the show🙂

@RockyMountainBriar I had a yellow "the pipe" and I just didn't like to color of it. Gotta say that black one looks good with the red stem. @KA9FFJ has so many good looking pipes there I would come home broke if I went to the show.

@RockyMountainBriar is correct. It is The Pipe restemmed. The other stem could not be saved.

I re-stemmed a Venturi in lime green years ago.  I used it for a prop on St. Patrick’s Day a few years ago🙂. It turned out pretty cool, probably one of the few, if any, churchwarden Venturi pipes, but I sold it anyway.  The “pyrolytic graphite” sounds “sketchy” to smoke out of to me 🤔.  I smoked it once and was not impressed anyway.  It was easy to clean though, just run it under hot tap water and voilà.

You can always hitchhike. I'm sure someone in St. Louis will pick you up, rob you, strip you of all your clothes, drive you home, rob your house, steal your cars, and drop you off. So no problem at all, you should really go.

I price my pipes lower than most because it is just a hobby. The money I make goes toward resupplying my workshop, buying more pipes for reworking and, if all goes well, purchasing some tobacco and a pipe or 2 at the show.
I usually sell quite a few, but only time will tell.
No matter what, it's still great just to be there...

I’m originally from Missouri and visit frequently, but unfortunately a February trip is not in my plans. Will plan to attend the Chicago event.

The good news for this Saturday:
No rain
No sleet
No ice
No snow
The bad news:
The temp will take a huge plunge... predicted high will only be 27°
However, once inside, given all the good news, it won't matter...😁
So to sum it up, traveling to and from will not be hampered by the weather, and given the short walk from the parking lot to the building, it won't be a big deal...
Can hardly wait to see you guys...😃

TIP:
However many pipes you would normally bring to smoke at an event like this, bring one less.
That way you can tell your wife you had no choice... You HAD to buy another pipe!😏
