Of course, the plane may just be sitting on the ground with the cockpit open. I also don't know too many pilots that wear sunglasses under their helmets like that.
@RockyMountainBriar; You sound like a lot of parents that had kids that started fires back in my day. I think they were afraid I was going to send them to jail.
Hmm🤔. I was with another kid when I was about six when he started a fire in his families garage playing with matches. We both got in trouble for that. I’m not sure why I got in trouble, I just happened to be there...really...scout’s honor. He did get in much more trouble. I don’t remember how it got put out? I think I ran home.
@RockyMountainBriar; I don't remember setting fire to anything, My trouble usually involved fireworks or a BB gun. Fireworks were legal in Missouri. Most of the damage caused with the BB gun wasn't a big deal because I never got caught. Ahhh memories.
I was given my first BB gun at 4 years old...no kidding. A Daisy Red Ryder, I think my parents took the end-cap/barrel assembly out of it first though. I was an enterprising and resourceful youth and was shooting rocks out of it, they took it away until I was all of 6, which happens to be the same age I was given a .22 single shot bolt action by my dad and his twin brother who co-owned it. You will be glad to know, I did not assume full ownership of it until I was 18 and at college. I still have it, and it wasn’t even close to new when I got it.
@opipeman Sadly, my little brother left my Red Ryder somewhere around the bridge that crosses the river at Columbus, Montana about 45 years ago🙁. I was using my new Daisy NRA Commemorative lever action BB gun that my Uncle Jim (My fathers twin) gave me for my 12th birthday. I still have that one🙂
@RockyMountainBriar You always have great stories. I had a daisy as a kid I do remember. One time I shot from the back porch into the woods and it hit the telephone pole bounced back and hit my sister between the eyes while standing next to me! Yikes. We didn't tell our parents.

Not sure I've ever seen a ‘uglier-than-sin’ pipe smoker.
Although, the pipe looks to be empty, not lit, and photoshopped?
I thought photoshopped when I saw that photo also.

I'm betting the pronouns are he/him/his, but who the hell knows............
This here ain't a tobacco pipe.........
I wonder if she would accept an invite to my tobacco cellar? I’d share.
As an old firefighter, I must point out how dangerous it is to allow children to play with matches.
He’s probably ok once his pipe is lit though😬

I still have my Red Ryder as well. It would be about a 1950. It shoots so weak that you can see the BB in flight.

Watch out! You’ll put your eye out kid.

Cool sister!
Man, what a beautiful pipe!
Pipe, what pipe?
I’m not that old😉
