May I be the first to wish all of you a happy, healthy, and safe St. Patrick's Day 2019.
I'm not Irish, but I had the honor of escorting a former Lord Mayor of Dublin, Robert Briscoe, of blessed memory, around the campus back in the early/mid 1960's.
And my favorite restaurant in northern NJ is an Irish pub (Shepherd's Pie and a Pint!).

Happy St. Pat’s Day to you all. I’m smoking my celebratory bowl now because tomorrow I’ll be traveling with my family on a ski trip. So I probably won’t get to enjoy a bowl on the actual day. Enjoy a bowl for me, my pipe-smoking brethren!

Happy St. Patrick's Day to all. I will take a break from my meerschaums to smoke my two Petersons and a my Maestro Beraldi with an Orange Acrylic stem and a Kelly Green accent ring on the tenon. (Those are two of the colors from the flag of Ireland if you didn't know.) My tobaccos of choice today will be Peterson Special Reserve and whatever Irish I can find buried in my cellar.

No Irish Whisky today though, I finished off my Jameson in December and haven't bought a new bottle yet.

As a Sicilian/Slovak I'd like to wish all our Irish Pipers a Happy Saint Patrick's Day. Since I have a Doctor's appointment tomorrow, as well as a series of lab tests, I've opted to have our traditional corn beef and cabbage dinner tomorrow once that's out of the way and I can over-eat to my heart's content. I'll watch my diet afterwards. As for tonight's smoke I'll return to my Peterson pipes ... this time the Peterson Dracula ... since both Peterson and Bram Stoker are Irish ... an I'll be smoking Sutliff Irish Creme.

Ahh, now I see.
The blog/article I read professed that there were no snakes “the reptile” ever in Ireland....is this known for sure?  I can see the symbolism, not arguing that, but I was not there...and I am pretty sure anyone living today was not either😬.  I’m not taking sides here, just thinking🤔

Happy St. Patrick's Day every one. Blood work tomorrow so my celebration was limited to a bowl of St.  Patrick's Day 2018 blend from Peterson. No worries it is just for my annual check up.

Correspondents report many blends being hard to find.

I think Leonard said they would start shipping this spring, so maybe next month.
