Announcing the This Pipe Life Facebook Group Page
Hi This Pipe Lifers. I'm pleased to announce a new way for us all to interact.
We have created a This Pipe Life Facebook group page. This will give us an easy way to share instant updates. This is in no way intended to replace the forum here. Facebook is not a good platform for in-depth, searchable discussions like we have here. It is however a good way to allow us to interact more frequently and hopefully attract more pipers to our community.
This will be a closed group, so posts will only be visible to members. To join click this link, or copy & paste the URL below into your browser. When you get to the page, just click the blue "+ Join Group" button.

Social media platforms but I will check it out. I kinda like this nitch forum.
However, I'm of the opinion that Facebook, which has consumed SWMBO and my two adult sons, is where thinking goes to die. But that's just my opinion; I could be wrong. Nevertheless, I'd check it out....... if I was on Facebook.
We haven't needed mods here yet, as everyone is pretty well behaved. But I'm sure our time is coming!
I didn't know pipemagazine.com had a Facebook page. I belong to the forum though.
You never really get to be old: when you're 70, there's an 80 year-old who says, "Ah, you're still young; you don't know what you're talking about. Now, when you're MY age....."
And then when you're 80, there's a 90 year-old......
....and an accordion.
As the old saying goes, "Welcome to heaven; here's your harp. Welcome to hell; here's your accordion."
@Leonard - no offense... I actually love banjo and Bluegrass music.
It was like herding feral cats.
Amen.
Facebook is where thinking goes to die.
