Due to the weather I haven't been able to smoke as often as I'd like and I find that if several days go by I have to add more lighter fluid to my Zippo. I've tried coating it with Vasoline to help seal it between refills ... but even that doesn't seem to help much. Seems like if I don't smoke a bowl within a four or five day period my lighter dries out. Any suggestions on how to keep from refilling a Zippo so often. Especially when it's not a matter of using up the fluid by lighting it.
@ghostsofpompeii, have you tried reroute the wick? I haven't encountered this problem using the Zippo graph instructions, and a YouTube video about Zippos.
I'm starting to get tired of replacing Chinese piezo lighters and I'm too cheap to experiment with an Old Boy when this one is $80 and made in Japan (a Kiribri maybe?)
Good and bad experiences will be equally appreciated!

Meaning it sucks?
Hey, now.......
The most ostentatious lighter, possibly ever.

I have a nice Corona Old Boy, but I won’t take it out of the house.
Two reasons....
1) worthless in a light breeze.
2) afraid I’ll lose it.🥺
Conventional wisdom opines that if you need to ask, you cannot afford one.
