@KA9FFJ Ain’t that the truth. I was keeping a spreadsheet up to date….lately I have been lacking, so I don’t even know how many I have. I do know that since I was “work force reduced” a year or so ago, and have been stuck in a job that pays much, much less than the previous one, I have been compelled to “cure” my P.A.D…….probably a good thing👍🏻
@RockyMountainBriar I know you better than that. You're probably calculating, as I post this, the number of meals you'll need to miss per month to satisfy your P.A.D.. I know, I've done it myself years ago. It came t 12 to 18 meals depending on the pipe you're looking at... 😏
@KA9FFJ Ha, I’m already missing meals to pay the bills. Again, probably a good thing. I’ve lost twenty eight pounds, and could stand to lose another thirty at least. It would be good for me to get back to 150-160 lbs. I peaked at 218😳
@RockyMountainBriar I think most of us have been there with the weight thing. Just before retirement, I was pushing 192. After retirement, I slowly made my way to 178. Then scar tissue from a Nam thing decided to wrap around my intestines. By the time the VA got me in and fixed me up, I went down to 148! For the last couple of years I've been holding at 166/168 and I feel good. Note: I'm not proposing you have scar tissue band your intestines almost shut... It was not a pleasant experience...🤮🥴😵💫😬
