Happy St. Paddy's Day to all whether you be wearing the Green or the orange. (I'm wearing the Green today.) I will be smoking my two Peterson pipes today with some Peterson tobacco blends. I may even smoke some C&D Nutty Irishman.
With the lingering scent of corn beef and cabbage in the air my wife appreciates the aroma from my bowlful of CAO "Eileen's Dream" .
In keeping with the occasion I'm smoking it in my Peterson "Dracula" pipe. Irish pipe maker, Bram Stoker was an Irish author, and "Eileen's Dream" has a decorative shamrock on the tin ... so I think I've got all the bases covered.
I love corned beef and cabbage. Don't know why we only have it around St. Patrick's Day. My wife says it's because it stinks up the house. So I'm trying to convince her to take the crock pot into the garage and let it cook there. Then maybe I can have it a variety of time throughout the year.
