When I joined in July of 2016, and saw the levels and point system, I knew I would take a while to reach this exalted level. My forum behavior in any sort of forum leans toward commenting as opposed to starting discussions. Since such labels don't mean a whole lot to me, I was content to let things go. and not try to start discussions just to start discussions.
And, 18 months later, here I am. Enjoy your pipes, friends, whatever you smoke.

I would like to say congrats to @judandhispipe for becoming a master, that is quite an accomplishment. I know I haven't been commenting as much but I have done quite a bit over time (since joining April 2016) with comments and discussions (not starting them up to just start them up) as well. What I want to understand is why when they update the TPL site a while back did I go all the way back to apprentice and I am still there? I agree with judandhispipe I am not hung up on level and points system but if there is going to be one then I would think that it would operate correctly? I have asked multiple times but never received and answer? Not trying to steal your show or glory sir but just curious if anyone else experienced this?

A lot of folks think they want to make Master, and then when they get here, they realize it's not all Wheaties boxes and handjobs. It's important to stay aware of the pitfalls, or you could end up dead in the back of a Cadillac, or even a dirty bathtub. Worse yet, you could end up taking your last breath with your cheek against a cool tile floor covered in urine, just like Lenny Bruce or Elvis. Try to stay away from the opiates, and the fried peanut butter and banana sandwiches.
