1. Sneeze while clenching, especially while driving.
2. Leave an Alcohol/Lighter Fluid or other highly inflammable soaked rags near while lighting your pipe.
3. Do NOT use a car to break in a pipe.

2. Walk on an icy sidewalk.
3. Empty your pipe through an open window in your car. (I've heard too many tales to try this myself)
1. Look up in the sky while smoking a straight pipe. You'll get a mouthful of that nasty tobacco juice.
2. Eat a Cinnamon Altoid afterwards to freshen your breath.
3. Look for something in the bottom desk drawer with the pipe in your mouth - hot embers and ashes end up in the drawer burning whatever it was you were looking for.
