How do points acquire on this site? I saw point numbers along with the badges and number of discussions but cannot find anything on the site that explains how the points are acquired or what they are used for. Is anyone familiar with this? Just wondering and thank you in advance for any explanations that may be provided.

A "Post" means a discussion you start. A "Comment" means a comment you add to someone else's "Post."

There are none that I know of.

There was one other Connoisseur that I know of - pipeprofessor - but he stopped actively participating last fall. I think the last time he was actually signed in was in January.
