Two prerequisites for surviving Hump Day - mass quantities of caffeine
and nicotine, not necessarily in that order. I always liked the German
word for Wednesday, Mittwoch, middle-of-the-bloody-week. How did you
kick-start your Wednesday?

    My wife and I were finally able to make our trip to Shipshewana, Indiana to a massive flea market in Amish Country. We were suppose to go on her birthday May 2 but the weather has been terrible as of late. We finally got a break in the weather and took advantage of it. Now you might figure with over 900 vendors spread out over acres in this massive area, filled with arts, crafts, furniture, and all manner of woodwork the Amish are famous for ... there was not one pipe maker in sight. Even the vendor tents that were little more than second hand shops retail shops or mobile antique stores didn't have a new or used pipe anywhere. Not even a corn cob.
