Happy Easter. I started my day at a Sun Rise Service and ended it by spending time with friends and family. We serve a risen Savior indeed.

@motie2 Not to worry about the misspelling. The only time a misspelling ever bothered me was when my band Vesuvius was one of the band handful of bands selected as winner for radio station WKQX Hometown Album. We submitted a song and it one an entry that won and appeared on the album. Unfortunately they spelled the band Vesuvouis on the album. We almost changed the spelling of the band to reflect the misspelling on all future concert appearances so people would know we were the same band that appeared on the album. Thankfully they spelled our individual names correctly. I think you can find the song "A Dream Of Youth" on YouTube under WKQX Hometown Album or maybe even the misspelled band name.

@motie2 Forget about finding info on the old band. I looked all over the web and couldn't find the clip I'd once seen. Now that memory serves me my nephew put the clip on his Facebook page - and it was not on YouTube under either the correct or incorrect spelling of the band. Also while looking up the info discovered another band from Canada going by the name Vesuvius so unless you're looking under Vesuvius 1977 or 1979 (I think that was the date of the Hometown Album). The new band is more recent. And believe it or not I also found a place where they had the album listed ... and they spelled my name wrong instead of Joe Shingler it added a c to my name reading Joe Schringler (which is wrong). So once again don't feel bad for misspell Pompeii ... seems like anything having to do with my musical career is a series of misspellings. LOL

Happy Easter! Today we celebrate the resurrection with a ham dinner at noon as did my Irish/Italian family. Represented with be Catholic, Latter Day Saints, and, B'hai faiths. Ham, twice baked potatoes, butternut squash and brussel sprouts will be the feast!
