Rehydrating some 72 year old Old English Curve cut pipe tobacco

I hope that it doesn't break forum rules, but it is easier to provide a link, and when I tried to post the pictures here, everything was magnified to a crazy degree.

Recently I happened upon a 1 pound box of Old English Curve cut pipe Tobacco made by The American Tobacco company and tax stamped September 1944.

The rehydration process worked well, and it provided a cool mellow smoke for a burley....I am eager to hear what my fellow pipe club smokers feel about it come next Saturday at our meeting. Some will be sent to jiminks for reviewing at Tobaccoreviews.com because that just isn't my thing.

I guess the forum doesn't allow linking to external websites....I was just trying to avoid re-inventing the wheel as I chronologically laid it all out...I have to scoot out the door to ensure domestic tranquility, and at some point will try to revisit and build this thread.
