So, a few years ago the Reborn Pipes blog made a scan of an old Sir Walter Raleigh booklet. I thought I'd post the link here for anyone interested in old pipe literature to read.

@thebaderpiper I'm a real nut for nostalgia and enjoy reading things like this. I love hitting the antiquw stores and leafing through old magazines just to see the ads. I do like the solution they prescribe for correcting pipes which have gone bad ... clean thoroughly then let it set for a day or two with a bowlful of Sir Walter Raleigh ... then throw it out and refill it with new tobacco. Not sure if it's an inventive way to sell more tobacco - or if it really works

I've found something that might be of special interest to our Christian brethren here in This Pipe Life: 

Toward a Theology of Pipesmoking by Arthur D. Yunker, published in 1970. It's in the form of two .pdf's. 

Again, I'll send copies to anyone who wants them.
