Ebay backout

 I thought I scored a CPF Nickel ringed 1950's pipe for a good lowball bid accepted by Centralia Sports Cards, on return from Boston Pay Pal informed me that they backed out ostensibly due to damage, etc.. Has anyone dealt with these people before, are they dependable? Anyone buy the same pipe at a different price than $18 + shipping?

I call B.S on that one.  It sounds like they didn't get the bids that they were looking for.  That's a shame...
