FDA Regulations on Pipe Tobacco Blending

Greetings, I've been hearing some disturbing talk about how badly the FDA's 'proposed' new tobacco regulations are going to affect us.  We seem to have received a bit of a reprieve as the FDA has pushed out the date the new regulations would take affect.

What are your thoughts and what can we do if the regulations do take affect?
