How are You Tracking Your Cellar's

Like most, I started out with Tobacco Cellar and used it for a while then last year switched up to The Pipe Tool. Any other apps or software out there that people are using?

I would love to hear about any apps or software our there. My cellar is growing and I need a way to track my tobacco. Can't seem to find anything on iOS.

Excel spreadsheet. It's not fancy. It's not a mobile app. But it does the work. I list the tobacco, container it came in, when bought, the date stamp on tins if they have them.

If I have transferred it to a jar for cellaring, I put the date that I did that.

I don't worry about the number of bowls I have smoked of the blend or how many ounces I have. When I smoke it all, I gray it out on the spread sheet.

I am using The Pipe Tool, thepipetool.com. They are still working on it but it seems to be good alternative.

I am now giving The Pipe Tool a try. For my tobacco at least. Over half of my pipes are ones I rescued from flea markets, antique/collectible shops and junk stores so I really have no clue to all the weights, bowl depths, diameters, etc. And my cost on the pipes have ranged from $3 - $49 dollars.

i don't have much of a cellar, but i still prefer the simplicity of tobaccocellar.com

The Pipe Tool for me. First time I have ever bothered with any type of organization. I like it so far.

I used Numbers on my ios devices to make a checklist of my 50+ pipes. I have the name, manufacturer, where I got it, how it smokes (hot, wet. etc.), and where its kept (which pipe rack, stand). I keep the list in alphabetical order by name and check each off as I smoke through the list. Well, actually the list is divided because I moved to the bottom those I don't smoke because they are damaged, too hot or wet, or just don't like them for some reason.
I have a list in my Notes app of tobaccos that I rank by how well I like them, but no other info on them. I haven't experimented much. But after reading the info on this site I'm going to talk to my tobacconist about trying some Ready Rub, Flake, or Spun Cut to see if they will smoke cooler, since I'm a fast puffer.

I started with an excel spreadsheet and still maintain it but I also use thePipeTool.com and love it so far.

@PipeProfessor I think the majority of us would all agree that thepipetool.com is the best option out there. Tobaccocellar.com is one I have used in the past as well.

Tobaccocellar for me. Not pretty looking, but does the job and very thorough. Have an account at The Pipe Tool, but still need to get the vast majority of my cellar history entered/imported there.
