Who attended the Chicago Pipe Show this year?! Unfortunately, I wasn't able to attend this year, but if you have pictures please post! I'd love to see!

It was my 1st pipe show. And it was amazing!!

My wife & I went along with my brother and his wife and this year was great, in fact that is how I found out about ThisPipeLife from Country Squire Radio. The weather wasn't the best it was raining and in the 50's the entire weekend but the only time you had to deal with that is getting to the car. There were some great vendors, was bummed that there wasn't a McCranie's table this year I always like to stop and get a tin for the cellar. The smoking tent was setup nice again, and this years slow smoke went pretty well the tobacco was tough to get lit the pipe was a Gigi rusticated nice. My brother and I entered he did better than I did. Got to watch the Father the Flame preview they had on Friday that was wonderful really looking forward to that getting released.

Oh I forgot to mention we found a great pizza place this year just down the road from the show called Gino's East man they have some great Chicago style deep dish pizza. Really unique place if you bring your marker you can sign the wall... anywhere but the photos and frames.

@charlenestglaneltd Thanks, it was a good time even with the rain and cold. The guys from Country Squire Radio did a good job informing everyone about THISPIPELIFE.

@daveinlax Very nice, I didn't see the stamped cobs while at the show I like that it has the year and location. Some very nice Castellos. 18 years awesome; I bet you have seen a lot of changes at the CPCC show. Thank you for sharing.

As A Member of the club, I can say we were all (the membership) devastated by the news.

Frank was a one of a kind, The Chicago show became what it was / is as a direct result of his worldwide efforts,

He promoted the show seemingly to every artist and group in Europe,

He was THE pipe ambassador, and a genuinely warm intelligent guy.

RIP Frank
