Dual Flame Lighter w/ Tamper?

Hey guys, I am looking for a lighter that has both a torch and a soft flame with a tamper built in to it also. Does any one know if these are even available? I was looking at the Vector Elite Dual Flame, but the down fall is no built in tamper...

I doubt one existences. I've found the built in tampers in the IMCO and XiKar lighters I have are to small and basically worthless.

I have found the same as @daveinlax built in tampers are almost worthless. I prefer the larger butane tank in ones without, I have purchased several of both.
